“I’m Kristina Polson, founder and CEO of Axiom Processing Experts. Both my BA and MBA are from St. Bonaventure University, and I have more than a decade of mortgage experience. I have loved the pace of the industry since my first day on the job. The satisfaction of knowing I played a part in helping someone purchase a house and/or live more comfortably in their current home by refinancing are only a few of the reasons why I continue to fall more in love with the work that I do every day. After completing over 11 years of employment in the retail, wholesale, operations, and sales sides of the mortgage industry, I decided to start my own company.”

Our Impact

“I started this company with a goal of growing my career and advancing the careers of women in my community. My specialty is leadership and helping people grow in their roles. I hoped to use this company as a vessel to help give back to my city and its surrounding areas.

Now, I am proud that women comprise over 90% of Axiom’s current workforce, and we are moving a significant amount of loan volume each year. In 2021, we moved over $190 Million and in 2022, we were still able to move close to $95 Million despite the downturn in the housing market and increased interest rates. In 2023, we rebounded – closing $133.7 Million, and this year, we are looking to grow these numbers by expanding our broker network and increasing our online presence.“
